Prior to returning to JU, Luzins was the volleyball athletic trainer in the fall of 2010 for her alma mater, North Florida. She also worked stints as an athletic trainer at Atlas Physical Therapy, Bartram High School and Bishop Kenny High School (2008). Luzins earned her bachelor’s degree in athletic training and a minor in public health from UNF in December 2010. She was also a member of the Ospreys’ women’s soccer team from 2006-09. She is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA), Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association (SEATA), the Athletic Trainers’ Association of Florida (ATAF). She is certified in or from the American Heart Association (CPR, AED, First Aid), NATA Board of Certification, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist. Luzins is also an Florida State licensed athletic trainer. |
