Baseball's 14th annual auction set for May 19
Priceless memorabilia, golf outings and special vacations are some of the items you can score at the 14th annual JU baseball auction Saturday at 6:30 p.m. in the C. Peter Cost Pavilion at John Sessions Stadium.

The 14th edition will be a casual Jimmy Buffett-Bahamas theme so come dressed in your favorite Hawaiian shirt. First Coast News Sports director and 1010XL personality Dan Hicken will host the event, while Al Emerick will serve as the auctioneer.

Tickets start at $100 which includes dinner, two beverage tickets and a raffle ticket for the silent auction. All of the proceeds from the silent and live auctions help the JU Baseball program and the Jacksonville University Athletic Association Student-Athlete scholarship fund.

“I always look forward to this event every year,” JU head coach Terry Alexander said. “This is a time when we get to have some fun and find ways to help ensure the future of the program. A lot of what we have now around the stadium is because of this event. We couldn’t function without the incredible generosity of our supporters.”
