As a freshman (2009): Appeared in 10 games as a relief pitcher in his first year with the program...made his collegeiate debut at FIU (2/21)...had three consecutive one-inning outings without allowing a run (USF, Lipscomb, Bethune-Cookman)...hurled a season-high two perfect innings while striking out a season-best four batters at Florida A&M (5/4)...was second on the staff (Matt Loosen - .204) by allowing only a .214 batting average against right-handed batters...earned A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors and was named to the Dean’s List.

High School: Four-year starter as a pitcher for Joel Davis at Stanton College Prep…as a senior team captain, he earned all-state, first team all-city and all-conference honors after going 5-4 with a 0.64 ERA, four saves and 62 K’s in 70 innings...as a junior, he earned all-conference and second team all-city honors after posting a 5-5 record with a 0.97 ERA, three saves and 60 strikeouts in 72 innings...as a sophomore, he earned all-conference accolades after finishing 7-2 with a 1.71 ERA, three saves and 48 strikeouts in 45 innings...in his first season, he became the first freshman to make the varsity team under Davis...in AAU play, he made the A-team on the Jacksonville Warriors as a sophomore.
