AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Made 34 appearances on the hill as a freshman…his appearance total is the third highest on the single-season list…posted a 2-5 mark with 39 strikeouts in 50.2 innings…had five strikeouts in two scoreless innings vs. FAMU (5/13)…fanned six in 3.2 shutout frames at Mercer (4/8)…made first collegiate start at Georgia Southern (4/12)…pitched three scoreless innings to earn win at UNC-Wilmington (2/20)…during the summer, he played for the Sanford River Rats in the Florida Collegiate Summer League...notched the save to help the River Rats win the FCSL Championship game at Tropicana Field...finished with eight saves and an 1.35 ERA in 26.2 innings of work with the River Rats.

HIGH SCHOOL: Three-year letterwinner as a pitcher and catcher for Eric Morgan at Oviedo High School…as a senior, he was named second team all-conference after batting .302 with two home runs while going 2-2 on the mound as the Lions reached teh first round of the 6AFHSAA playoffs...as a junior, he garnered honorable mention all-conference honors after batting .317 while going 1-1 with a 3.21 ERA and 22 strikeouts in 19 innings...as a sophomore, he helped the Lions to a district title...in summer ball, he was a member of Florida Travel Ball Mizuno...in 2009, he finished 3-0 with a 0.95 ERA...in 2010, he went 3-0 with a 0.82 ERA and two saves.
