AS A SOPHOMORE (2012): Sat out the season as a redshirt … played summer baseball for the St. Cloud Rox in the Northwoods League.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Appeared in 15 games, including 14 starts as a freshman … tallied a 3-4 mark on the hill with a 3.96 ERA and 48 strikeouts in 63.2 innings … held opposing hitting to a conference-best .206 average to earn A-Sun all-freshman honors … pitched 4.1 shutouts innings in the NCAA Tournament against Miami (6/5) … went a season-high 6.2 innings at Kennesaw State (5/20) … struck out five against FAMU (5/14) … allowed two runs on two hits in five innings to get the win at the Baseball Grounds of Jacksonville against UNF (5/7) … struck out seven batters and allowed a run on two hits in six innings to get first collegiate win against Samford (2/25) … fanned five hits in first collegiate start at UNC Wilmington (2/19).

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter as a pitcher for Mark Lassiat at Mandarin High School … as a senior, he was named all-conference after going 10-3 with a 1.19 ERA and 134 strikeouts in 70 innings of work … in summer ball, in summer ball, he was a member of The World of Baseball with current JU teammates Clayton Levins, Colin Monagle, Chris Moye and Mike Parker.
