AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Played in 37 games, including 29 starts as a freshman…batted .284 (31-109) with 17 runs and 12 RBI…recorded season-high three hits on four occasions…batted 3-for-5 in A-Sun Tournament against No. 1 seed Stetson (5/27)…had three hits and three RBI vs. USC Upstate (3/11)… went 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBI at UNC-Wilmington (2/19)…earned A-Sun all-academic honors and was named to the President’s Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter as a shortstop for Keith Stroud at University Christian Academy…as a senior, he was a pre-season Under Armour All-America selection and was ranked by Perfect Game as one of the top 1000 players in the U.S. for 2010 class...batted .406 with a .480 on-base percentage...as a junior, he was named to the Perfect Game National Underclassmen Main Event Showcase Top Prospect Team and was rated as one of the top 500 juniors in the country...batted .455 with a .577 on-base percentage before season was cut short by a wrist injury...teammates with current Dolphin Mike Parker...was the salutitorian of University Christian with a 4.35 gpa and graduated with a AA degree through duel enrollment...also a member of the National Honors Society...in summer ball, he was a member of The World of Baseball with current JU teammates Tony Mollica, Clayton Levins, Colin Monagle and Mike Parker.
