AS A REDSHIRT-SENIOR (2012): Played in one game as a senior … Homered in first at-bat of the season at Florida State (2/21) before hurting his knee in the bottom of the first in a run-down … missed the rest of the season due to the injury … earned A-Sun all-academic honors and was named to the President’s Honor Roll.

AS A REDSHIRT-JUNIOR (2011): Appeared in 60 games as a junior … made 57 starts between three different spots (3B - 30, DH - 18, 1B - 9) … JU was 20-10 when he played at third base … batted .318 (70-220) with 43 RBI … finished second in home runs (8) and third in doubles (11) … recorded 22 multi-hit games … drove in at least one RBI in nine straight games from May 8-17 … went 3-for-5 with home run vs. Campbell (4/16, G1) … batted .529 (9-17) w/2B, HR & 6 RBI at Mercer … recorded four RBI and a home run vs. USF (4/6)…batted 3-for-5 with three RBI and double in series finale vs. Lipscomb (3/27) … drove in five total runs in the first two games at UNC-Wilmington (2/18-19) … earned A-Sun all-academic honors and was named to the Dean’s List … during the summer, he played for the Orlando Freedom in the Florida Collegiate Summer League with fellow teammates Matt Frank and Zac Houck.

AS A REDSHIRT-SOPHOMORE (2010): Appeared in only 15 games, including nine starts (eight as the designated hitter, one at first base) … missed the majority of the season due to a hamstring injury … was hitting .342 before injuring his hamstring on March 13, in which he was batting .500 (7-14) against left-handed batters and .400 (8-20) with runners in scoring position … tallied a career-high four RBI and a home run in back-to-back games against Wagner (3/6) and James Madison (3/7) … tied a career-best with three hits against Belmont (3/13) … earned A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors and was named to the Dean’s List.

AS A REDSHIRT-FRESHMAN (2009): Appeared in 35 games, including 26 starts (15 as the designated hitter, 11 at first base) … started the first three weeks as the everyday first baseman … made his first collegiate start at FIU (2/20) … tallied his first home run and triple while driving in a season-high three RBI at FIU (2/22)...batted 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBI against Milwaukee-Wisconsin (3/1) … went 3-for-4 with a home run and two RBI vs. USC Upstate (3/28) … also went 3-for-4 with his first double vs. Campbell (4/18) … earned A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors and was named to the Dean’s List.

AS A FRESHMAN (2008): Sat out the season as a redshirt … earned A-Sun Academic All-Conference honors and was named to the President's List with a 4.0 GPA.

HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year starter as a first baseman for Kevin Brown at Fletcher High School … as a senior, he earned all-district and all-Gateway Conference honors and was named Fletcher's Athlete of the Year after leading the Senators to a conference title and the state playoffs … batted .450 with three home runs and 30 RBI on the year … in AAU play, he batted .620 with the Jacksonville Bombsquad … graduated ninth in his senior class … member of the National Honor Society and was a Wendy’s High School Heisman Scholar Athlete of the Year nominee as a senior.
