As a redshirt-freshman (2007): Appeared in 24 games, including 14 starts (11 as the designated hitter, three at first base)...tallied a season-high three hits against North Florida (5/5)...tallied multiple hits on six occasions...tallied his first collegiate hit with a triple and drove in a season-best two runs against Florida A&M (2/7)...also tied his career-best with two RBI against Western Michigan (3/11)...recorded his first collegiate double against Georgia Southern (2/13).
As a freshman (2006): Sat out the season as a redshirt.
High School: Four-year letterwinner at Lakeland Senior High School for Dennis Robinson, Sr. as a first baseman and outfielder…as a senior, he earned all-Section I, all-state, all-region and league Most Valuable Player accolades after batting .618 with 13 home runs and 37 RBI…as a junior, he batted .579 with 12 home runs and 37 RBI en route to all-section, all-region, all-state and league MVP honors…as a sophomore, he earned all-section and league MVP accolades after batting .490 with six homers and 37 RBI…also led the Hornets to a 56-15 combined record, including a section title, as a freshman and a section title as a sophomore…his coach, Dennis Robinson, Sr., is the father of former Dolphin Dennis Robinson (2003-04).
