TOURNAMENT HOLE SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION

Please help support our program by sponsoring a hole at our Golf Outing at Windsor Parke. Cost of hole sponsorship is $100, and should be made payable to JU Football.

To participate in the tournament, please print out the attached form and mail back to the JU football office: 2800 University Boulevard North Jacksonville, FL 32211.
