2006: Played in 8-of-10 games, including six starts at strong side linebacker, as a redshirt-sophomore...ranked ninth overall and fourth amongst linebackers with a career-high 33 tackles...also finished with two tackles for loss...tallied a career-high 14 tackles (11 solo) and 1.5 tackles for loss at Valparaiso (9/30)...recorded five tackles and a tackle for loss at Butler (9/23)...broke up a pass to go along with two tackles against Dayton (10/14)...recovered a fumble against Gardner-Webb (9/2)...forced a fumble at Southeastern Louisiana (9/16).

High School: Three-year letterwinner at Dr. Phillips High School for coach David Landon...as a senior, he set the Panthers[apos] school record with 130 tackles en route to second-team all-state and first-team all-county honors...also a four-year letterwinner in wrestling for coach Steve Combe...as a senior, he won the Class 3A District title at 189 lbs.
