2008: Played in 12 of 13 games at wide receiver as a sophomore…was tied for third on the team in touchdown receptions (4)…set a season-high in receiving yards with 63 on two catches against Webber International… had two receptions against Morehead State, both for touchdowns, for 35 yards…had a touchdown reception in three straight games at one point.

Prior to JU: Spent his freshman year on the football and track teams at South Carolina State...on the track, he earned All-MEAC honors in the triple jump (47’3”) and the 400-meter (48.3)…also recorded a leap of 23’2” in the long jump.

High School: Played his senior season at Nease High School under Craig Howard…helped the Panthers win the 2006 state championship…recorded 22 catches for 300 yards, had 15 kick returns for 500 yards and tallied five touchdowns…also was a state qualifier on the track teams…earned all-state honors after posting a 46’10” in the triple jump…recorded a season best leap of 21’2” in the long jump and ran a time of 49.5 in the 400-meter.
