2008: Played in all 13 games as a junior, starting five at
defensive back…most famous for his bone-rattling sack
of #1 Appalachian State quarterback DeAndre Presley that
knocked his helmet off…had a season-high 11 tackles
against UNC-Pembroke…had six tackles at Appalachian
State…picked off two passes, one in each of the final two
games of the season…recorded four tackles for a loss,
with two coming against ASU.
Prior to JU: Two-year starter at Grand Rapids Community
College…as a sophomore, he recorded 38 tackles and
had 12 breakups to earn all-conference honors.
