2007: Played in four games as a sophomore on the defensive line, starting once (Butler, 11/10)…had one tackle in three different games. 2006: Appeared in three-of-10 games at defensive line as a true freshman…made his first collegiate appearance and tallied his first tackle at Davidson (10/7)…tallied a season-high three tackles (two solo) against No. 3 Drake (11/11) in the season finale. High School: Two-year starter at Gulf Coast High School for coach Frank Tudryn as a defensive end and tight end…as a senior, he was named all-county after helping the Sharks to best record in school history (6-4)...also lettered in basketball and track and field…a member of the honor roll and the National Honor Society.
