JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Let the (March) Madness return!
Last year Jacksonville University was announced as one of the hosts for the first and second rounds of the 2019 NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. In order to give Jacksonville University's loyal supporters an opportunity to be on the pre-sale list and get tickets before sales open to the general public, Jacksonville University's Athletic Association (JUAA) is announcing a tiered ticketing priority system for the 2019 NCAA Tournament. Access to purchasing pre-sale tickets will be based on donation amounts to any one of the qualifying three categories. Additionally, any donors who have already given a qualifying gift to the JUAA either on or after July 1, 2017 will be eligible for pre-sale tickets.
Donors included in Tier One will be given first priority to pre-sale tickets. To qualify for Tier One and access to pre-sale tickets on March 6, donors must give a minimum of $1,000 to the JUAA. Tier Two requires a $500 minimum donation to the JUAA. Access to pre-sale tickets for Tier Two donors opens on April 1. Donors in Tier Three need to make at least a $250 donation in order to gain access to the final pre-sale group. Pre-sale tickets to Tier Three donors will be made available on May 1.
In order to be considered for one of the three tiers, all donations must be received by Friday, Feb. 9. This is a first-come, first-serve ticket availability system that takes place prior to ticket sales being released on Nov. 3, 2018 for the general public to purchase.
