Around The World With K-Dog

Aug. 17, 2001

We have divided the national team into two separate teams because we qualified for the Centro Americano. At this very minute, a team is playing in Argentina against Canada, while here at home, the other national team is getting ready to go to China for the World University Games on Sunday. The practices are very hard and tough, but the team is coming together. Whether we win or not, I know the sun will never set on the Virgin Islands talent. We are going to be playing on both sides of the globe. This is the first time in our history that the whole world will recognize that we are ready for the challenge. Wish me good luck in China. I am going to do my best to represent the Virgin Islands and Jacksonville University well. After all, coach Durham and his staff made me the player I am today. Therefore, I say to them - Thank you.
