JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) - Calvin Warner scored 19 of his 25 points in the second half to lead Jacksonville to a 76-68 win over South Carolina State on Saturday night.

Warner was 8-of-14 from the floor, including 3-of-4 from 3-point range. The senior forward scored 15 of Jacksonville's first 25 points in the second half.

The Dolphins (4-5) needed all of Warner's points, too, because South Carolina State nearly overcame a 13-point deficit. South Carolina State (1-4) cut Jacksonville's lead to 71-67 with 1:13 remaining.

But Kevin Sheppard hit four consecutive free throws, and Antwan Robertson added another to seal the win and end a four-game losing streak.

Moses Malone Jr., son of NBA great Moses Malone, led the Bulldogs' comeback with 15 of his 22 points in the second half. Malone's three-point play with 73 seconds left brought the visitors to within four, but South Carolina State only managed a Thurman Zimmeran free throw the rest of the game.

Jacksonville broke open a 19-17 game in the first half with a 17-3 run. The Dolphins led 38-25 at the break despite Malone's 3-pointer at the buzzer from half court.

Jacksonville's Nolan McBride and South Carolina State's Dustin Braddick were both ejected with 26 seconds remaining in the first half. Braddick elbowed McBride in the face, and McBride then swung at Braddick.
