Durham Makes History, Again ... Head coach Hugh Durham became the 10th active Division I coach and the 32nd D-I coach all-time with 600 career victories with the Dolphins' 87-75 win over Gardner-Webb. He is also just five games shy of becoming just the fourth active coach with 1,000 career games coached. Durham, who is one of just 11 coaches to lead two different teams to the NCAA Final Four (Florida St., 1972; Georgia, 1983), is the all-time winningest coach at Florida State by percentage (230-95-.708) and at Georgia by wins (297-215). He is also just 35 wins shy of becoming JU's all-time winningest coach (Rollie Rourke, 107 wins).

Warner Takes Charge ... Calvin Warner's career-best 35-point performance against Gardner-Webb was one for the ages. Warner hit 16-of-21 shots, while also grabbing six rebounds and blocking four shots in just 26 minutes of action. He has led the Dolphins in scoring in five of the last six games and is averaging 24.8 points in JU's last five wins. Warner was named Atlantic Sun Co-Player of the Week on Tuesday after averaging 25.0 points and 7.5 rebounds in two Dolphin wins last week.

Dribbles ... JU's first three (1-2) A-Sun games were decided by an average of 3.0 points, while the last four (3-1) games have been decided by an average of 15.3 points per game....Kevin Sheppard tied Cricket Williams for third place all-time at JU with 380 career assists. Sheppard is 20 assists shy of becoming just the second player in school history to score over 1,000 points and hand out 400 assists (Ronnie Murphy: 1,937 points, 407 assists)...The Dolphins' game next Thursday at Belmont is scheduled for a 9 p.m. tip and can be seen live on Comcast Sports Southeast, which is channel 81 on the local cable.
