Surry (Independence, Mo.) and Jesse Kimbrough (Mexia, Texas) each scored 15 as the Dolphins gave head coach Hugh Durham his 100th win at JU with a 70-58 victory over rival Stetson Wednesday night at the Edmunds Center. Kimbrough made 9-of-11 free throws in the second half to extend the Dolphin lead, as JU held off a Stetson rally by limiting the Hatters to no field goals for nearly nine minutes down the stretch.

JU led 32-22 at the half following a 10-0 run to end the period. Stetson pulled within four with 7:38 to play, but the Dolphins kept hitting free throws and hitting the boards. The Hatters out-rebounded JU by 15 in the first meeting this season.

Durham becomes just the second coach in JU history to win 100 games and moves within eight wins of becoming the Dolphins' all-time winningest coach.
