Brian Duncan joins head coach Matt Kerwick as the inaugural coaching staff for Jacksonville University's men's lacrosse program.

For six years, Duncan led the Community College of Baltimore County to four Region XX championships and three national championship appearances, including a national championship ring in 2004. During his tenure at CCBC, Duncan was also named the NJCAA National Coach of the Year and a four-time Maryland Juco Athletic Conference Coach of the Year.

Duncan was able to capitalize on the talent-rich state of Maryland while at CCBC, producing 27 players with first team all-America honors and three national players of the year. As an assistant coach at CCBC, Duncan had three more NJCAA National Championship appearances.

In college, Duncan was a face-off specialist for UMBC. He recorded 211 F/O wins in his career and led the team in groundballs (91) his senior season.
