Goalie Brad Hester selected to the North-South All-Star Game
Senior goalie Brad Hester will put the final touches on a strong senior season this Friday when he represents the JU men’s lacrosse team on the South squad in the North-South All-Star Game on Friday night at Goucher College in Towson, Md.

This year, Hester started all 13 games for the Dolphins while turning in a save percentage of .503 and an 11.32 GAA. Hester finished with 144 saves, including crucial stops in the program’s first win against No. 18 Denver in triple-overtime.

"Brad led our young program on and off the field and this is a great way for him to finish his college career,” said JU head coach Matt Kerwick. “Being named to the North/South Senior Game is one of the top individual honors a student-athlete can receive in collegiate lacrosse. We had a season filled with firsts but this one might rank at the top of the list.”

The North/South game began in 1940, when Baltimore hosted the inaugural game. The Division I/II contest begins at 5:30 p.m. with tickets available at the gate for $5 each on game day only.
