AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Appeared in nine games off the bench…scored one goal off one shot…credited with 19 ground balls…scored his first career goal on first collegiate shot against Marist (4/16)…set a career high with five ground balls in the MAAC Tournament semifinals versus Siena (5/6)…logged first career caused-turnover against Air Force (3/6).


HIGH SCHOOL: Played four years at Archbishop Spalding in Severn, Maryland…started all four years in high school…as a senior, collected 150 ground balls and scored four goals …as a junior, recorded 120 ground balls and added three goals…led the Cavaliers to the MIAA playoffs in his junior and senior seasons…played for the club-level Team Propel squad.

PERSONAL: Born March 11, 1992 in Washington, D.C...full name is James Patrick Ricker…son of Stephen and Judy…has three older siblings, Steve, Joe and Joanna…brother Steve Ricker is the all-time leading lacrosse scorer at Mt. St. Mary’s…proposed academic major is business.
