AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Appeared in all 15 games in his first season…became the team’s main faceoff specialist, winning 134-of-259 draws (.517 winning percentage)…led team in ground balls with 58…made Inside Lacrosse’s top freshman rankings, placing 19th nationally in the April 20 poll as the third highest-rated at the faceoff-get-off (FOGO) position…only player on the roster to have a winning faceoff percentage…had a career-best day on the draw against Manhattan (4/2), winning 15-of-22 faceoffs…enjoyed similar success at Rutgers, winning 13-of-16 against the Scarlet Knights (3/15)…gave JU a chance to win the possession battle in the MAAC Tournament semifinals against Siena, winning 13-of-24 draws against the Saints (5/6).

HIGH SCHOOL: Started three years at Exeter High School for head coach Gerry Holly…as a senior, scored 41 goals and 26 assists during while winning 85 percent of faceoffs…received all-America honors during his senior season…tabbed as Portsmouth Herald’s Player of the Year.

PERSONAL: Born Jan. 3, 1992 in Stamford, Conn…son of Andrew…has three siblings, Henry, Jamie and Anna…father Andrew played four years of lacrosse at Hobart.
