AS A REDSHIRT-SOPHOMORE (2011): One of just three players to start all 15 games…finished third on the team with 13 caused-turnovers in his first season at JU…joined Jake Ziegler as the only two positions players to make every start…one of just four players to have a positive caused-turnover-turnover ratio, finishing plus-4…collected 26 ground balls..twice caused three turnovers in a game, first accomplishing the feat at Denver (3/5) and again at Siena (4/9)…part of a defensive unit that allowed JU to finish with 40 more shots than its opponents.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2010): Transferred from Presbyterian and did not play.
AS A FRESHMAN (PRESBYTERIAN 2009): Started one year for head coach Jason Childs…led the Blue Hose in caused turnovers with 18 and was third on the team with 26 ground balls as a freshman.
HIGH SCHOOL: Started four years at Winter Springs High School for head coach John Drehoff…as a senior, led the team in caused turnovers and ground balls while scoring 12 goals and 13 assists…received all-America honors…as a junior, led team in takeaways and received first team all-district honors.
PERSONAL: Born Dec. 6, 1989 in Winter Springs, Fla.…son of Ed and Ellen…has one brother, Sam, and a sister, Aubrey…member of the National Honor Society…proposed major is sports management.
