Dailey, a former collegiate soccer player and team captain, joins the Jacksonville staff after spending the previous season as an assistant with the women’s program at Lipscomb where he focused on training the goalkeepers. His duties with Lipscomb included running the training sessions for the team as well as arranging all of the travel plans. Dailey was also heavily involved in the academic performance of the students in the classroom as he oversaw the team study hall and contact with the teachers. Prior to his time with the Bisons, Dailey was involved with the Brilla Futbol Club (2009-2011) with fellow Jacksonville assistant Todd Eason. While at Brilla, Dailey held the position of director of goalkeeping where he was responsible for all goalkeeper training focusing on correct technique, angle play, taking crosses, and reading the game. He also served as the team trainer conducting training sessions for the teams. Dailey graduated from Mississippi College in 2011 with a bachelor of science in accounting. He was a member of the soccer team where played from 2007-2010 and served as team captain in his final season. Dailey’s play in his final season also garnered him Second Team American Southwest Conference honors. |
