ROCK HILL, S.C. - The Jacksonville University men's soccer scored two goals in the final ten minutes of regulation to earn a 2-2 tie with Winthrop University Sunday afternoon at Eagle field. Senior defender Steve Command (Brighton, Mich.) scored his second goal in as many games in the 86th minute to send the game into overtime.

Trailing 2-0, freshman Jason Alicea (Orlando, Fla.) was able to cut the Eagles' lead in half in the 81st minute scoring on a header. Command stepped up five minutes later, taking advantage of an Eagle miscue, to tie the game 2-2. Dolphin goalkeeper Greg Williams (Hopewell, N.Y.), making his fifth consecutive start in goal, recorded five saves.

The Eagles got on the board in the 26th minute as Kevin Green scored his first goal of the season as Thorvaldur Arnason headed it back to Green off a feed from Thomas Gibson. Francis Wakhisi made it 2-0 Eagles going into the half scoring in the 32nd minute, with Arnason collecting his second assist.

The Dolphins (2-2-1) travel to Charleston, S.C., on Saturday to take on Charleston Southern at 4:00 p.m. at CSU field.
