JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Senior Richard Blackburn (Orange Park, Fla.) had a goal and an assist, but Stetson scored three unanswered goals in the second half for a 4-3 victory over Jacksonville in men's soccer action Sunday afternoon at the Ashley Sports Complex. The Hatters (9-6-1, 4-4 A-Sun) overcame a 3-1 deficit in the second half, getting the gamewinner in the 79th minute when John Alexander found Sean Marshall in the penalty box on a cross for the header score.

The Dolphins took a 3-1 lead in the 51st minute when sophomore midfielder Tyler Stansberry (McAllen, Texas) scored off a free kick. However, the Hatters answered a minute later, when Osborne scored the first of his two goals in the match off a free kick.

Osborne struck again in the 74th minute, when his shot from the right wing bounced off JU goalkeeper Greg Williams' (Hopewell, N.Y.) hands and across the line to tie the match at 3-3.

JU (8-7-1, 3-4-1 A-Sun) jumped out to a 2-0 lead in the first 10 minutes, with Blackburn scoring the Dolphins' first goal off sophomore Brett Wagner's (Tampa, Fla.) cross. Sophomore Tommy Krizanovic (Jacksonville/Englewood) followed with his league-leading 13th goal, when Wagner and Blackburn set him up on a breakaway. The Hatters cut the lead to 2-1 just before halftime, when Osborne found Marshall after dribbling into the penalty box.

JU outshot the Hatters, 18-16, while Stetson had a 3-2 advantage in corner kicks.
