Men's soccer falls to Clemson, 7-1

CLEMSON, S.C.- - Junior Tommy Krizanovic scored his team-leading 12th goal of the season, but the Jacksonville men's soccer team fell to Clemson, 7-1, Tuesday night in Clemson, S.C.

Trailing 2-0, Krizanovic cut the Dolphins (5-6, 1-1 A-Sun) deficit by scoring an unassisted goal at the 24-minute mark in the first half.

The Tigers (5-3-1) rallied and scored three more goals before the half to extend their lead to 5-1. The Dolphins held them to two goals in the second half, but couldn't come back offensively. The Dolphins were out shot by the Tigers 19 to 6.

The Dolphins look to bounce back on Sunday as they travel to face Florida Atlantic at 2 p.m.
