Men's soccer falls to Florida Atlantic

BOCA RATON, Fla. - The JU men's soccer team fell to Florida Atlantic 3-1, on Friday in their 2007 regular season finale.
Freshman defender Jordan Stanton got the lone goal for the Dolphins, scoring the first goal of his collegiate career off of a rebound in the 89th minute.
Junior forward Jese Kehoe opened the scoring for the Owl's late in the first half after he tapped in a cross from junior midfielder Shire Standnes.
The lead was doubled in the 59th minute after an own goal by the Dolphins following a cross from junior midfielder Javier Carillo.
The Owls managed to score a third after Stanton's goal, with freshman Oscar Vilchez making the score 3-1, in favor of Florida Atlantic.
The Dolphins will begin the 2007 A-Sun tournament on Nov. 15, when they take on the winner of the No. 4 Lipscomb and No. 5 Belmont matchup that will be played on Wednesday
