Women's Golf Finishes 10th at Coca-Cola Terrier Intercollegiate

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - Senior Pamela Shelley (Alachua, Fla.) shot a 23-over-par 167 (85-82) to tie for 25th place as the Dolphins fired a 726 (371-355) to finish 10th at the Coca-Cola Terrier Intercollegiate, hosted by Wofford College. East Tennessee State won the team title by 16 strokes over North Carolina State, shooting 631 (319-312) on the par-72, 5,835-yard course at the Carolina Country Club in Spartanburg, S.C. Nicole Wildes of Berry shot an eight-over 152 (76-76) for individual medalist honors.
Dolphin senior Melissa Holland (Jacksonville/First Coast) shot a 182 (88-94) to finish in 41st place, while freshman Heather Fudge (Prince Edward Island, Canada) tied for 43rd after shooting 184 (98-86) over the 36-hole tournament. Junior Kristen Yeomans (Coral Springs, Fla.) carded a 197 (104-93) to rank 48th, with freshman Jennifer Sills (Cedar Park, Texas) rounding out the Dolphins, placing 53rd with her score of 203 (100-103).
The Dolphins play in the North-South Invitational March 14-15 in Jacksonville, Fla.
