TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Senior goalkeeper Sarah Scalese (Brewster, Mass.) collected nine saves as the Dolphins (2-4) fell to No. 21 Ole Miss, 4-0, in the Florida State Invitational Friday afternoon. Scalese's nine saves tie her for fifth all-time in JU women's soccer for saves in a single match. Emily Brown, Laura Price, Ashley Perree, and Hillary Beckman each scored goals for Ole Miss, which improves to 7-0.

Perree opened the scoring for the Rebels in the 31st minute when she scored an unassisted goal on a rebound off the keeper to make it 1-0. Beckman added another goal for Ole Miss three minutes later as she took a pass from Kristal Menard and put the ball away from 10 yards out. The Rebels would add another goal in the first half as Price received a ball from Leigh Barrow and put it away in the back post to give Ole Miss a 3-0 halftime lead.

Brown scored the lone goal of the second half as she took a pass and nailed the ball to the far post in the 62nd minute. Menard and Karen Hall assisted on the play.

Ole Miss held a 16-4 advantage in shots on goal and led 9-1 in corner kicks. Brittany Gillespie and Heather Lea Hopson combined for the shutout in the win.

The Dolphins return to action when they take on Miami in the Florida State Invitational on Sun., Sept. 21 at 11:30 a.m.
