Women's Tennis Earns Comeback Win Over Wofford, 4-3

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The JU women's tennis team rallied for the second time in three days after losing the doubles point to defeat Wofford, 4-3, Sunday afternoon at the Alexander Brest Tennis Complex.

Freshman Emese Sulyos (Szolnok, Hungary) won in three sets at No. 1 singles, while senior Kim Packer (Adelaide, Australia), junior Nisrine Hajbane (Casablanca, Morocco) and senior Kristina Puck (Hamburg, Germany) each won their singles matches.

The Dolphins remain undefeated at 2-0 after posting two wins in the last three days. JU upset South Florida, 4-3, on Friday.

JU takes on UCF on Friday, Jan. 30 at 1:00 p.m. at the Alexander Brest Tennis Complex.
