Feb. 21, 2007

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville University women's tennis team (4-3, 1-1 A-Sun) will enter their second game of a three game Atlantic Sun Conference stretch while the men's squad (2-2, 0-1 A-Sun) starts their own three game conference stretch against Mercer on Saturday afternoon.

Both teams are coming off of victories with the men defeating FAMU, 4-3, this past Saturday and the women defeating Stetson, also 4-3, this past Friday.

"Mercer is good team and we need to be ready to go," said head coach Jarod Camerota. "We have to be prepared for every conference match because anything can happen. We need to play good doubles and compete at every position in singles. If we do that we have a really good chance at winning the match."

The women's match is set for 11 a.m. and the men's match begins at 2 p.m.
