Women's tennis cracks ITA Top 75 poll

April 4, 2007

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - Fresh off of clinching the Atlantic Sun Conference regular season title, the JU women's tennis team racked up national recognition by cracking the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's rankings.

The Dolphins come into the poll for the first time in more than three years at No. 70.

"This is a great honor for the program and for what these ladies have accomplished so far this year," said JU head coach Jarod Camerota. "But, we can't worry about the rankings and such. We have to focus on getting better and winning the conference tournament."
