Baseball wraps up alumni weekend
Fans braved the cold weather to enjoy the annual JU baseball alumni game at John Sessions Stadium on Saturday to round out the alumni weekend.

The alumni held their own with the current JU squad by taking a 3-1 deficit through three innings. The Dolphins found a rhythm by scoring 10 runs in the final four frames to dispatch the former JU greats for a 13-4 victory.

“We are thankful for all of the people who came out,” JU head coach Terry Alexander said. “The weather was not great, but I’m pretty sure everyone ignored it and had a good time. We hope to have the former players come back more often throughout the season.”
