Dolphins help "Keep Lax in Jax"
The Jacksonville University men’s lacrosse team participated in the Keep Lax in Jax festival and clinic over the weekend. The event helped raise over $10,000 for the local lacrosse organization.
Players and fans from all over Jacksonville were invited to come and participate in a skills clinic, watch the Dolphins scrimmage, and bid on items in a silent auction.
“This was a great opportunity for our players to help give back to a game that has provided so much for each of them,” says JU head coach Guy Van Arsdale. “It was a wonderful opportunity to impact our community through lacrosse and we were overjoyed to be able to help.”
