Dolphins add five to roster
The Jacksonville University women’s rowing team has added five new faces with signees for the Class of 2016.

Program director Jim Mitchell and assistant women’s head coach Mike Peterson went as far away as Illinois to recruit the talented newcomers which includes three rowers from Florida and one from New Jersey .

“Coach Peterson and I are super excited about the JU women’s rowing Class of 2016,’’ Mitchell said. “We have some good talent coming in which we expect will help our team members take the program to a new level of competition.’’
