Dolphins finish fourth at Keith Hills Invitational

BUIES CREEK, NC. --- The JU Dolphins men’s golf team shot team totals of 296 and 297 in Rounds 2 and 3, respectively, for a 54-hole score of 38-over par 890 at the par-71, 6,609-yard Keith Hills Country Club.

Jamey Salmon and Syril Suk led the Dolphins. The pair finished in a tie for 18th overall with identical totals of 221. Salmon fired scores of (74-72-75) and Suk added (75-71-75).

Nick Torrance finished at 224 (73-77-74) to finish in a tie for 27th in the individual competition. Brett McKinnon and Colin Monagle finished in a tie for 34th. McKinnon posted rounds of (75-78-75) and Monagle posted (79-76-73) to round out the Dolphins scoring.

Gardner-Webb claimed the team title with a three-round 6-over 858, and Campbell’s Amanjyot Singh took home medalist honors with a combined score of 2-under 211 in the field of 60 competitors.
