Softball to host summer camps in June and July
The Jacksonville University softball team will host multiple camps this summer for kids of all ages and skill levels.

From June 19-20, JU will put on a two day Advanced All-Skills Camp. This camp will be open to players in grades nine and up that are interested in improving their skills, as well as expanding their knowledge of the game. All aspects of the game will be covered including: pitching, catching, infield, outfield, hitting and baserunning.

Younger kids and beginners are encouraged to attend the three day Beginner and Intermediate All-Skills Camp taking place July 9-11. Players will have the opportunity to learn every position on the field while receiving both group and individual instruction. This camp is a great way for beginner and intermediate players to expand their knowledge of the game. The final camp being put on this summer takes place from July 17-18 and will be similar to the two day Advanced All-Skills Camp held in June.

The costs of the two advanced skills camps is $145 while the beginner and intermediate camp is $195. You may register by clicking the link to visit the camp website. For questions or more information please contact Laura Taylor at or call her office phone at 904-256-7298.
