The Game
Jacksonville heads over to Tallahassee on Tuesday for a midweek contest at No. 4 Florida State.

The Dolphins led 6-3 after five innings in the first match-up between the two schools back on Feb. 18 at Sessions Stadium. Senior Captain Drew Luther went 3-for-5 in the game for Jacksonville before being lost for the season to injury on March 22. Sophomore Connor Marabell led the Dolphins with two RBI. Marabell has continued to swing the bat well all season and is now batting .433 (13-for-30) with eight RBI, three doubles and two home runs in the last nine games. He is second on the team with 19 RBI this season.

RHP Zach Gordon (2-5; 4.31 ERA) is scheduled to make his fourth start of the year for the Dolphins. Gordon picked up the win in his last start last Wednesday when he went 4 innings allowing one run on four hits with no walks in a victory over Bethune-Cookman. In his last 9.2 innings, has given up just one run and not walked a batter.

LHP Billy Strode (0-1; 7.36 ERA) is set to start for Florida State which lost two of three at Georgia Tech this past weekend. Strode has just one other start this season in 12 appearances. He went two innings allowing one hit and no runs in the game on Feb. 18.

Next Up For Jacksonville
The Dolphins return to Sessions Stadium for a three game series against East Tennessee State starting on Thursday. On Friday the JU athletics department in partnership with Discount Travel will be giving away a free round-trip flight for two people to anywhere in the Continental United States.
