Dolphins Receive Votes in IWLCA Preseason Poll

JACKSONVILLE, Fla.-  The Intercollegiate Women’s Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) released its Division I preseason poll on Monday and last seasons astonishing success has earned the  Jacksonville University women’s lacrosse team votes.
 
With another grueling schedule ahead of them, the Dolphins slate will feature four opponents ranked on the top 20 list.
 
Syracuse traveled to Southern Oak Stadium on Jan. 21 to battle JU in its season opener. Sophomore midfielder Kelsey Wiglesworth netted two goals in the 21-7 defeat.

Next week, Tuesday, Feb. 12, the Dolphins will face Florida at the Swamp before visiting Duke and Stony Brook in March and April, respectively.
