JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The Jacksonville University women’s lacrosse coaching staff has announced the dates for its two-day winter camp session.
The camp is designed for advanced player development and exposure to some of the nation’s top college coaches. Schools represented in the past included: Johns Hopkins, James Madison, Loyola, Virginia Tech, Louisville, Cincinnati, Navy, Brown, Notre Dame, Detroit-Mercy, Rollins, Hamilton, Converse, Pfeiffer, Birmingham-Southern, Agnes Scott, SCAD, Robert Morris, Edinborro as well as former Team USA players.
The event is scheduled for Dec. 20-22 at a cost of $425 per resident camper and $300 per commuter camper. All campers will be placed with players of similar ability and experience and will learn the latest skills, techniques, and concepts of the game, as well as strength, speed and footwork training. Goalies will have their own training sessions with collegiate coaches and players.
