Hat-Trick Hoffman Earns A-Sun Player of the Week

MACON, Ga. - The Jacksonville University women’s lacrosse team was an offensive machine last week and the catalyst of many of those scores was senior Ali Hoffman. For her phenomenal play she has earned her career-first Atlantic Sun Player of the Week nod.

Notching back-to-back hat-tricks in JU’s victories over conference-competitor Kennesaw State and Winthrop, the attacker recorded 10 points. She also her hand in multiple scoring opportunities, posting four assists to go alongside four ground balls and three caused turnovers.

No. 17 Stony Brook awaits Jacksonville next Friday, March 4 at 5 p.m.
