  • Quaintance Voted A-Sun Freshman of the Year ... Freshman forward Haminn Quaintance has established himself as one of the best freshman in JU history. Quaintance has been named the Atlantic Sun Conference Freshman of the Year, as well as Second-Team All-Atlantic Sun after averaging a team-best 14.3 points, 8.9 rebounds and 3.1 blocks per game this season, while ranking among the league's leaders in 8 statistical categories. Quaintance, who was also named to the A-Sun All-Freshman Team, is the first Dolphin to earn freshman-of-the-year honors since 1996 (Aaron Fox) and the first JU freshman to earn all-conference honors since Ronnie Murphy was voted First-Team All-Sun Belt Conference in 1984.

  • Stockton Named To A-Sun All-Freshman Team ... Redshirt freshman Jarred Stockton was voted to the Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshman Team. Stockton averaged 9.0 points and 4.4 rebounds in 25 games off the bench this season. The 6-foot-4 forward is 2nd on the team with 37 three-pointers and is ranked 6th in the A-Sun in three-point field goal percentage (40.7%).

  • Dribbles ... JU has won 62 games the last 4 seasons, which ranks 4th among all A-Sun schools and is the best 4-year stretch at JU in 17 years...9 of the Dolphins' last 10 wins have been by 6 points or less...JU has shot 73.6% from the free throw line the last 11 games...JU ranks 5th in Division I with 6.2 blocks per game...Senior forward Nolan McBride is averaging a team-best 4.8 assists the last 6 games...Junior guard David Lee is averaging 17.6 points the last 7 games...Sophomore guard Aubrey Conerly is the 18th player in JU history to hand out 100 assists in a season.
