Former Football Standout Linj Shell To Appear On National TV Saturday for Orlando Predators of the Arena Football League.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - This Sunday on NBC at 3 p.m. ET - locally on WTLV - former Jacksonville University standout LIN-J SHELL and the Orlando Predators vie for playoff positioning as the Drive to ArenaBowl XVIII continues when the AFL's oldest and most storied rivalry is renewed.
Shell, a rookie wide receiver/defensive back, and the No. 8-ranked Orlando Predators (6-5) host the defending AFL champion Tampa Bay Storm (5-7), live from TD Waterhouse Centre in Orlando, Fla. This marks the 35th meeting between Orlando and Tampa Bay. The teams have split the all-time series, 17-17.
Shell continues to contribute to the Predators' No. 1-ranked defense, which holds the top position in sacks (21), scoring defense, total defense and pass defense. He has recorded 26.0 tackles, four pass breakups and one forced fumble this season. Offensively, Shell has eight receptions for 97 yards and two touchdowns.
