Men's Tennis falls to No. 45 South Alabama, 6-1

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - JU Junior Ben Birkmann (Bremen, Germany) won No. 2 singles but South Alabama swept the Dolphins in the rest of play.

Birkmann improves his singles record to 2-1 during regular season play. Although losing, freshman Neil Sehgal (Cincinnati, Ohio) pushed No. 6 singles Omar Hedayet to three sets.

Dolphins fall to 0-3 this season and No. 45 South Alabama improves to 3-0.

JU travels to Georgia Southern on Friday, Feb. 13 for a 10 a.m. showdown with the Eagles.
