Men's Tennis Swept by UCF, 6-1

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The JU men's tennis team captured the doubles point but faltered in all the singles matches against UCF, 6-1, Tuesday afternoon at the Alexander Brest Tennis Complex. Junior Ben Birkmann (Bremen, Germany) and junior Christoph Mueller (Waldassen, Germany) won at No. 1 doubles over Joel Allen and Simon Jaeger, 8-4, while sophmore Martin Hehensteiger (Schechen, Germany) and freshman Neil Sehgal (Cincinnati, Ohio) combined at No. 2 doubles to defeat Antonio Sierra and Catalin Bradu, 8-3.

The Dolphins are back in action Thursday, April 8 against Bethune-Cookman at the Alexander Brest Tennis Complex.
