JAMES W. MITCHELL HS: Four-year starter at James W. Mitchell High School under Scott Bisbe…owns the school record for home runs…named the best defensive player by her team in the final three seasons…helped lead the Mustangs to consecutive conference titles as a freshman and sophomore…as a senior, she earned all-state and all-county honors as well as team best offensive player…as a junior, she batted .476 with 46 RBI and nine home runs, while posting a 1.76 ERA in the circle…as a freshman, she set the county and school single-season home run record with nine round trippers…also batted .468 and had a 2.09 ERA en route to leading the Mustangs to the second round of the regionals…played on the traveling circuit for Bash Softball and Tampa Mustangs…led the Mustangs a ASA National Championship.
