JU posted its first win of the season in a 4-1 victory over UAB as its No. 3, 4 and 5 pairs defeated the Blazers in straight sets.

In their first ASUN Conference dual, the Dolphins dropped a 5-0 decision to Mercer, but will have a chance for retribution near the end of the season on April 14.
Scouting the Opposition – Morehead State
Morehead State, one of 15 schools to add beach volleyball this season, opened its inaugural campaign this past weekend at the Stetson Beach Invitational. The team fell 0-3 in duals against No. 12 Stetson, No. 8 Georgia State and New Mexico.
All three decisions were 5-0.

Jacksonville State added beach volleyball a season ago, and earned its first program win last week in a 5-0 victory over Huntingdon.
The Gamecocks will take on Webber International before visiting JU.
Jacksonville will play host to Stetson and Florida Gulf Coast in ASUN matchups. Action begins Friday, March 31 at 10 a.m.
