Dolphins Go 3-for-3 at Stetson

DELAND, Fla. – Jacksonville University's women's rowing program sent its varsity boats to Lake Beresford Saturday morning where the team went 3-for-3 against fellow Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference foe Stetson.

The Dolphins swept the home crew in decisive victories. JU's varsity eight kicked off action with a first place time of 6:58.5, a mark nearly nine seconds faster than its efforts a day prior at Central Florida.

There was a slight wake present at 1000-meter mark of the 2V8 race, but it didn't slow the Dolphins from winning the event in 7:25.4.

Jacksonville's varsity four cemented the perfect day after clocking in at 8:37.5.

The Dolphins return to the water April 10 for the Knecht Cup in Princeton, N.J.
