Hundley Takes Sole Possession of Sixth on All-Time Saves List at Lipscomb

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Jacksonville University women's soccer team (1-13-1, 1-6 ASUN) played its penultimate match of the season on Sunday afternoon against a high-powered Lipscomb (10-4-2, 5-1 ASUN) team that pulled away from the Dolphins in the second half to capture the victory, 6-0.

Dolphin goalkeeper Brittany Hundley had all she could handle from one of the league's top offenses bust rose up to make 11 saves nonetheless. Those 11 stops were by far a season-high and boosts her single-season total to 86. Entering the 2018 campaign, Hundley had 87 saves in her career. Her 173 saves now rest alone for the sixth-most in program history.

The regular season will come to a close on Friday, Oct. 19 with a trip to Lynchburg, Va. for a date with new ASUN member Liberty. That match will kick off at 6 p.m.
